Volume 26:3 carried a report onward a Federal Judicial Center close attention of U.S. Courts of Appeals' citations to unpublished opinions, cited as "Tim Reagan (and others), Citation to Unpublished Opinions in the Federal Courts of Appeals" and shown as containing 170 pp That "Of Note" item was based forward a preliminary version of the FJC meditation That study has now been formally published; it should be cited and referenc as Robert Timothy Reagan (with others), Citing Unpublished Opinions in Federal Appeals (Washington, DC: Federal Judicial Center 2005) Essentially the same report as that earlier reported, this final version has 307 pages, including exhibits and appendices. It contains a little more history of citation sways than the initial version; an exhibit with somewhat more analysis of what memorizes cited; and descriptions of all cases examined for the review of cases. The attorney overlook includes a few responses received after the release of the June version of the report. SLW
