A federal critic has disqualified the attorney representing Kansas City area homebuilder F Jeffrey Miller in a federal criminal case involving charges of bank fraud and circulating medium laundering.


A federal critic has disqualified the attorney representing Kansas City area homebuilder F Jeffrey Miller in a federal criminal case involving charges of bank fraud and circulating medium laundering.

U.S. District connoisseur Julie A. Robinson disqualified Jim Wyrsch after a hearing that center onward previous work by Wyrsch and another attorney for a former Miller employee who also was indicted in the case.

Wyrsch briefly personateed Angela Parenza in December 2002 after federal agents contacted her in their investigation.

Wyrsch switched to representing Miller after a federal agent had said Parenza was not a target or control of the investigation.
